Privacy policy
Who is responsible
‹Lyron AS› (org. no. ‹org.nr.›) is the controller of the personal data on this website, in demo requests and in agreements with customers. For the data companies put into the service, such as trips and drivers' positions, the company is the controller and we are its processor, as set out in the data processing agreement.
The website
The website uses no cookies for tracking or statistics, and no services from Google or other advertisers. The server logs technical details (IP address, time, page) for operations and security; the logs are deleted after 30 days. If your browser stores your choice of light or dark theme, it stays in your browser.
Demo requests
When you book a demo, we process your name, the company, its organisation number if you give it, your e-mail and phone number, the fleet size and what you write about timing and needs. The purpose is to arrange and follow up the demo and, if you want one, set up a trial (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Requests that don't lead to a trial are deleted after 180 days, and those that do, 90 days after the company is set up.
Agreements
When a company becomes a customer, we process its organisation number, the contact person's name and e-mail and the invoice address for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and accounting records for as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires.
Bot check
The form stops bots with a computation your browser solves (proof of work). Nothing is shared with anyone else, and we use no reCAPTCHA or similar third-party service. The IP address is used to limit the number of requests and is not stored with the request.
Who receives the data
We use sub-processors for hosting (cloud provider), sign-in (identity provider), e-mail and SMS. Who they are, and where the data is processed, is set out in the data processing agreement. We don't sell personal data or pass it on for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to post@lyron.example. If you are a driver or employee of a customer, questions about trips and positions go to your company; we help them answer. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
